All new excavator final drives are covered for a full 2 years of unlimited hours of use (most dealers and many other suppliers offer as few as 6 months initial coverage). This coverage protects you against any manufacturing defects that render the final drive inoperable and includes the cost of the replacement/repair for warranty eligible failures and the shipping of the replacement/repaired drive to you but does not cover your time and labor to remove or reinstall the product, nor any other consequential damages. It does not cover damage from improper hose connections, clogged filters, or hydraulic system contamination or over-pressurization due to defective machine components or aftermarket modifications. It also does not cover physical damage from misuse like stripped threads or impacts with foreign objects that cause cracked housings and flanges. Warranty coverage is only for drives installed on name brand excavators - installation on custom-built or modified machines is not covered under warranty. To claim the warranty, you must return the drive to us factory sealed and untampered - any disassembly or attempts to repair the drive voids the warranty.

After the initial full coverage warranty period expires, you then are eligible to receive a non-prorated 15% Lifetime Replacement Discount off the current retail price on the purchase of a replacement of that final drive for the life of your excavator. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the drive showing our data tag, but you do not need to return the drive to us to receive the replacement discount.

To maintain your warranty, you must change the gear oil after the first 50 hours and then every year or 250 hours going forward, and keep documentation of each maintenance action.
